Statistical Sampling Designs

Overview
The survey process has many distinct parts, several of which require statistical or psychometric analysis. Our team can assist with all of the quantitative parts of the survey research process, including specifying the initial survey, developing the sampling plan, conducting psychometric tests for reliability, validity, and power, and analyzing the data from the responses.
Some of our example projects in Statistical Sampling Designs can be found in Projects of Statistical Sampling Design.
Survey Design
Statistician Expert’s survey development process begins with a consultation to understand the constructs you are interested in measuring. We work with you to operationalize your variables and constructs for future analysis, and to make choices such as whether or not to use open-ended or free-response questions, or using a Likert scale versus other options. We can also analyze data from a pilot study to test for preliminary reliability and validity of the instrument.
Sampling Plan
Clients often approach us with a bias toward a certain sampling or analytic methodology, lacking a complete understanding of the best way to reach their desired audience and answer their research questions. We can carefully design sampling procedures and methodologies that are unbiased, adaptive, random or stratified, efficiency-orient or accuracy-orient, depending on your need and resources. Statistician Expert also provides techniques to check for various types of validity (such as discriminant, convergent, and concurrent validity) and reliability (such as split-half, Cronbach’s alpha, or test-retest reliability).
Data Analysis
Once the responses to the survey have been received, we can conduct the statistical analysis based on the pre-determined methodology. We are familiar with all of the standard quantitative methods most commonly used in evaluating the responses from survey research. We are also experienced in qualitative analysis, and therefore can explore themes in open-ended research questions. Our team is skilled in working with many analytical software programs, including but not limited to R, SAS, SPSS, MATLAB, MINITAB, STAT, EXCEL.
Pricing
We offer per-project and hourly pricing, so that you will know the precise cost for our services before we begin working. There will be no hidden fees or surprises along the way. The initial consultation is free if you are uncertain about the prospect of hiring a statistical consultant or what the cost might be. We also pride on providing fast turn-around time and outstanding statistical services.
Confidentiality
We greatly understand the importance of keeping data confidential. All communication, information, and data are dealt with as "Strictly Confidential" and no information will be released to any other person or third party. You retain all the property rights of your data and any results coming out of the statistical analysis. I will not ask or require any personal, financial or affiliation information from you.
