Overview

Statistician Expert provides consulting services including assistance with design and analysis of clinical trials, design and analysis of observational studies, design and analysis of surveys, assistance with databases management, sample size and power calculations, and data analysis and interpretation. We also can use computational tools and biostatistical knowledge to analyze biomarker data from clinical trials to uncover the clinical biomarkers of interest and understand underlying biological mechanisms. Our analysts have worked with a wide range of applications in areas of health science and forensic science. Planning

All the data analysis projects will start with the writing of an exploratory statistical analysis plan, which is used as the blueprint of the analysis that will be performed. It describes all the operations that will be performed on the data and the expected outputs. Once the SAP has been reviewed and accepted by the client, a more detailed document will be prepared with all the deliverables and timelines and the data analysis will start accordingly.

Statistical Analysis

All exploratory data analysis projects must be inherently flexible and allow room for innovation and unexpected results. We implement this flexible approach in all our analyses. We document and report all potential deviations from the initial analysis plan. The code written for the analysis is tested for the consistency of the data, the analysis algorithms that are applied and the final results. 

Data Management and Quality Control

Since the sample logistics is very crucial for the quality of the overall analysis, we will careful evaluate the data sets provided by clients and respond with an assessment report. Besides, technology-specific quality controls will be applied in order to identify possible sources of bias that could impact the analysis.
