Consulting Services

Statistician Expert follows the philosophy of building long-term relationship with our clients and provide services to their satisfaction. We always starts with gaining a full understanding of the problem background and the constraints on solving that problem and then bring to bear the most current and effective statistical methodologies to provide data-driven solutions. We also ensure that the statistical analysis methods used are defensible and produce robust conclusions. We offer consulting services in, but not limited to, the following areas:
Statistician Expert provides consulting services including assistance with design and analysis of clinical trials, design and analysis of observational studies, design and analysis of surveys, assistance with databases management, sample size and power calculations, and data analysis and interpretation. We also can use computational tools and biostatistical knowledge to analyze biomarker data from clinical trials to uncover the clinical biomarkers of interest and understand underlying biological mechanisms. Our analysts have worked with a wide range of applications in areas of health science and forensic science. To ensure that we completely understand and meet our clients' need, frequent and effective communication will be delivered during each phase of our work.
Engineering Statistics focuses on how statistical tools are integrated into the engineering problem-solving process, in such aspects as design of experiment, quality control, reliability and availability, probabilistic design and so on, with a broad range of applications to industries like: Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Ocean Engineering
Forensic Statistics is the application of probability models and statistical techniques to scientific evidence, such as DNA evidence and the law. In contrast to "everyday" statistics, to not engender bias or unduly draw conclusions, forensic statisticians report likelihoods as likelihood ratios (LR). This ratio of probabilities is then used by juries or judges to draw inferences or conclusions and decide legal matters. Forensic statistics uses several approaches for DNA statistics with computer programs such as; match probability, exclusion probability, likelihood ratios, Bayesian approaches, and paternity and kinship testing.
An expert witness, professional witness or judicial expert is a witness, who by virtue of education, training, skill, or experience, is believed to have expertise and specialized knowledge in a particular subject beyond that of the average person, sufficient that others may officially and legally rely upon the witness's specialized (scientific, technical or other) opinion about an evidence or fact issue within the scope of his expertise, referred to as the expert opinion. Expert witnesses may also deliver expert evidence about facts from the domain of their expertise.

Actuarial Statistics
Actuarial Science is the discipline that applies mathematical and statistical methods to assess risk in insurance, finance and other industries and professions. Historically, actuarial statistics used deterministic models in the construction of tables and premiums. The science has gone through revolutionary changes during the past few decades due to the proliferation of high speed computers and the union of stochastic actuarial models which, however, requires very expensive software for implementation. Our team has years of experience in handling large amount of high-dimensional data by developing efficient models and algorithms, such as neural network, parallel computing techniques, etc.
With enormous amounts of valuable data at disposal, it occurs to many firms that they lack the in-house resources to extract even more valuable information from the data. Statistician Expert develops sound statistical analysis to solve those business problems which might be beyond the scope of the clients' internal staff. We have a broad range of experience working with practical problems by applying a vast array of statistical and numerical methods. Statistician Expert follows the philosophy building long-term relationships by ensuring clients' satisfaction. Our objective is to help corporate clients find solutions to complex business problems through the use of advanced statistical modeling techniques.
Clients often approach us with a bias toward a certain sampling or analytic methodology, lacking a complete understanding of the best way to reach their desired audience and answer their research questions. We can carefully design sampling procedures and methodologies that are unbiased, adaptive, random or stratified, efficiency-orient or accuracy-orient, depending on your need and resources. Statistician Expert also provides techniques to check for various types of validity (such as discriminant, convergent, and concurrent validity) and reliability (such as split-half, Cronbach’s alpha, or test-retest reliability).

Statistical Learning
Statistical learning is a framework for machine learning drawing from the fields of statistics and functional analysis. Statistical learning theory deals with the problem of finding a predictive function based on data. The goal of learning is prediction. Learning falls into many categories, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, online learning, and reinforcement learning. From the perspective of statistical learning theory, supervised learning is best understood. Supervised learning involves learning from a training set of data. Every point in the training is an input-output pair, where the input maps to an output. The learning problem consists of inferring the function that maps between the input and the output in a predictive fashion, such that the learned function can be used to predict output from future input.
